Bill Granda
Bill Granda is Southwest US Regional Director for Paradigm Associates LLC, a firm in the top 10% of consulting firms in the U.S. Bill coaches leadership, boards, management, sales, and/or employee teams to improve their ability to get results. Joining Paradigm Associates in 1991, Bill brought 20 years experience in advertising and consulting firms, including smaller firms and one of the top ad agencies in the world, McCann-Erickson. From leading organizations through financial crises and at one stretch managing 8 major organizational changes in 5 years, he learned the drivers of high performing organizations from both the hard and soft sides of business.
Located in Las Vegas since 1999, Bill concentrates on professional and financial service organizations, family businesses and non-profit organizations. His clients include firms in accounting, advertising & communications, banking & financing, consulting, fund-raising, health professions, insurance (agencies and carriers), interior design, IT, and professional sports. He has also helped numerous not-for-profit organizations improve their results, including business associations, municipal and state governments and government entities, performing arts, school districts, social services, and universities.
He has led development of a process to help medical practices capitalize on the transition from paper to an electronic environment to create a positive transformation in the entire practice. Bill has also contributed to strategic thinking, executive leadership, and time management program materials. And he pioneered in developing and facilitating a broad-based municipal strategic planning process involving over 500 citizens and government officials. Bill also frequently speaks a national, regional, as well as local conferences and business events and has appeared on TV and radio on topics important to business and non-profit executives.
Bill serves on the Board of the Turnaround Management Association of Nevada and chairs the Change Management Committee of the Southern Nevada Medical Industry Coalition's Electronic Health Records initiative. He's also active in the Las Vegas Chamber and North Las Vegas Chamber where he served as First Vice-President and Board Member.
Bill earned his MBA from Rutgers and a BA in Psychology from Albright College.
