Eileen brings a truly unique perspective to everything she does and the organizations and people with whom she works. She has managed to integrate the formal training rigor associated with teaching and education with the ability to discern and meet the needs of the clients she has served. As a consultant, she has helped both for profit and not for profit organizations develop and implement strategies to increase customer and donor loyalty.

She is a Certified Business Coach, Certified Attribute Index Analyst (Innermetrix), Certified DISC Index Analyst (Innermetrix), and a Certified Values Index Analyst (Innermetrix). What becomes obvious when you speak with her is that she has developed the ability to establish rapport with and earn the confidence of all levels of decision-making executives. Eileen's approach of internal discipline has paid rich dividends for the sales staffs she has hired, trained, developed and managed in both product and service arenas.

Eileen began her professional career in education, teaching art at the Middle School level in Woodbridge Twp., NJ. During her ten years at Woodbridge, she applied, received and successfully completed two grants for multi-discipline projects involving ninth grade students and teachers. She also coordinated art career programs; student art exhibits, multi-media presentations and participated in the Township’s Art Curriculum planning committee. At the same time she coordinated and instructed at the summer and evening, student/adult Arts & Crafts Program for the Montclair Recreation & Parks Department, in Montclair, NJ.

During a one-year hiatus, Eileen lived aboard a sailboat cruising the East Coast from Florida to Maine. She returned to the professional world in a sales capacity, realizing that many of the skills she had developed through her teaching, easily translated to skills needed in sales, especially the ability to present before individuals and groups.

As a new business coordinator, Eileen successfully sold lettering systems and sign making equipment to all sized organizations throughout central New Jersey. She quickly moved up the ranks to manage a four person sales team, develop sales and marketing presentations and coordinate trade show exhibits and product demonstrations. Looking to transition from product to concept sales, Eileen joined a small advertising agency in a new business development capacity.

After a brief taste of the creative world, she moved to advertising sales for Business Journal of New Jersey, the state's leading business publication at the time. Within a year she was named advertising director, managing a thirteen person sales and creative team producing two publications per month and various statewide directories. Eileen's artistic background and creativity was instrumental in helping her team and her advertisers develop ads, inserts and supplements that promoted their products and services in new, forward thinking ways.

When the magazine was sold, selling concepts took on new meaning in her role as Vice President of Sales for a regional courier/mailroom services firm. Here she worked with mid size and large organizations in New York and New Jersey, offering outsourced mailroom and courier services. Subsequently, for the past six plus years, she has worked with two national IT consulting services firms. She has been involved in the supplemental staffing and outsourcing of Information Technology consultants and services in the financial and insurance industries. Her responsibilities included assessing the client's technical needs, matching skilled consultants to those needs and managing consultants on the client sites. Most recently as Director of Advertising Sales and Associate Publisher of an international boating publication, Eileen was again able to combine her creative, sales and management skills to build and then begin training a strong team. With success in print, events and the web, she and her team provided a full 360 degree marketing approach to the magazine’s diverse marine client base.

Eileen's experiences combine the selling of concepts and products with a consultative approach, relying upon her previous educational experiences and desire to help others successfully achieve their goals. She has a BA in Education and a Masters in Fine Arts from Montclair University, in New Jersey and has taught "Selling Skills for Women" for Brookdale Community College's Business Continuing Education program, in Lincroft, NJ. In 2005 Eileen and her husband relocated from the Jersey shore to the Eastern Shore of Maryland. She is a member of the Queen Anne's and Talbot Counties Chambers of Commerce, Queen Anne’s Chapter BNI, Chesapeake Women's Network (CWN), Anne Arundel SHRM and is Vice Chair of the Hospice of Queen Anne's Board of Directors. She also is a member of the Kent County Chamber of Commerce, Talbot CWN, and West (Anne Arundel) County Chamber of Commerce. For relaxation within the Queenstown area, Eileen enjoys drawing in pen & ink, boating with her husband, and long walks with her Siberian Husky, Nikki.
