Greg Ferris, Ed D.
Greg Ferris has been an organizational development consultant and trainer for large and small organizations (federal and state governmental agencies, small business and corporations) for the last 20 years. Along with his work in the United States, he also has international work experiences in the Netherlands, Great Britain, Scotland, and India. His greatest strength lies specifically in leadership development, executive coaching, facilitating group processes, cultural transformations including the development of business teams, business strategies, accountability structures, and business practices. He has worked at various levels, giving presentations and exercising high levels of analytical ability.
Greg has provided management consultant services for over five Fortune 500 companies, each exceeding six billion dollars in revenue. These services have included leadership development, organizational transformation, vision development, strategic planning, performance management systems, measures-balance scorecard, performance training, workflow models, high-level presentations, building high performance teams at all levels and executive/employee coaching and development. More recently he worked with the Florida Turnpike Enterprise as the Organizational Coach with major focus on leadership 360º, organizational alignment and effectiveness, executive coaching and succession planning, and work teams. Along with his state government work he has also worked with federal agencies in the area of organizational alignment and effectiveness through business planning, leadership and team development.
Although Greg has a doctorate in social science and educational psychology, he chose to seek the degree based on personal and professional goals. According to Greg, reaching the goal was far greater than receiving the piece of paper. He has written and successfully received various state and nation grants, given presentations before national and state conventions on leadership, change management, customer service, high performance organizations, and published in professional journals and magazines in the United States.
