Grant Tate is a highly experienced business leader and coach with a track record of transforming complex organizations and developing growth-oriented executives in high-tech companies. He is the founder of BBTx Consulting, a company that helps businesses thrive in the 21st century, and Bridgewater Research Group (BRG), a leading provider of distance education in the European Union.

Throughout his career, Dr. Tate has developed a unique expertise in coaching scientists and engineers and identifying key influencers within complex organizations. He has also excelled at building deep trust across organizational boundaries and providing critical advice based on his extensive experience and research.

Prior to starting his own firms, Grant held various executive roles at IBM, including Director of Organization for the Systems Products Division, where he successfully engineered several major reorganizations, and Director of Manufacturing Planning, where he led technology transfer and strategic planning for manufacturing plants in 10 different countries. He has also served as a faculty member at several universities, as Executive Director of the Connecticut Institute of Technology, and as co-founder of two innovation centers to promote high-tech business startups.
